【摘要】：正病例男,41岁,因视物模糊4月听力下降1周就诊。查体:右眼颞侧偏盲,口角向左侧斜歪,伸舌稍偏右;右侧肢体肌力Ⅳ级,左侧肢体肌力Ⅴ级。全身未触及肿大淋巴结。MRI平扫及增强检查:左侧颞叶深面及基底节后外侧见异常信号团块影,大小约4.1 cm×3.4 cm×4.1 cm,边界不清,累及左侧侧脑室下角、背侧丘脑及左侧海马,T1WI呈稍低信号,T2WI呈等-稍高混杂信号,T2Flair呈等信号,DWI部分呈斑片状稍高信号,增强后病变明显、持续强化,强化欠均匀,其
