【摘要】：正患者男,44岁。因"肝移植术后3+年,反复双下肢水肿"就诊,无发热、腹痛、颜面水肿、巩膜黄染等。查体:双下肢轻度水肿。生化检查:TBIL 38.6μmol/L,DBIL 11.1μmol/L,IBIL 27.5μmol/L,TP49.5g/L,ALB 29.9g/L。HBsAg及肿瘤标志物AFP均阴性。超声表现:移植肝右肝最大斜径15.0cm,尾状叶长大,实质回声欠均匀;左肝静脉(left hepatic
