【摘要】：正孕妇31岁,孕14周,孕2产0,非近亲婚配。孕14周于我院行常规胎儿超声筛查:宫腔内可见初具人形的胎儿回声,头臀径79 mm,胎儿颅骨光环不完整,枕部颅骨缺损,宽约13mm,可见脑组织向外膨出,范围约18mm×16mm(图1A);胎儿心脏大小正常,心胸横径比50%,十字交叉缺失(图1B),于三血管气管切面动脉导管左侧可见一管状回声;胎儿双肾体积明显增大,内呈蜂窝样回声(图1C);胎儿双手和双足均呈六
[Abstract]:Pregnant women 31 years old, 14 weeks gestation, 2 pregnancy 0, non-related marriage. Routine fetal ultrasound screening was performed in our hospital at the 14th week of gestation: fetal echo was seen in the uterine cavity, the diameter of the head and hip was 79 mm, the fetal skull halo was incomplete, the occipital skull was defective, and the width was about 13 mm. The brain tissue could be seen to expand outwards. The range is about 18mm 脳 16mm (fig. 1A); the fetal heart size is normal, the ratio of heart to chest diameter is 50 and the cross is missing (fig. 1BX, a tubular echo can be seen on the left side of the arterial catheter on the tracheostomy of three vessels; the fetal bilateral kidney volume is significantly increased.
