产前超声诊断胎儿Galen静脉瘤六例分析

【摘要】：目的总结胎儿Galen静脉瘤(vein of Galen malformation VGM)声像图特征,提高对本病的认识。方法对2012年8月至2015年9月在贵州省人民医院诊断的6例胎儿VGM的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果 6例胎儿VGM均表现为在胎儿丘脑后方或后上方近中线部位的薄壁型囊性无回声区,彩色多普勒显示囊性无回声内充满彩色血流信号,脉冲多普勒显示为高速低阻血流频谱。结论彩超能够提供丰富的声像图信息,提高了胎儿VGM的产前诊断率,并能与脑中线上的其他囊性病变相鉴别,是诊断胎儿VGM的首选方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the sonographic features of vein of Galen malformation VGM) in fetal Galen vein tumor and to improve the understanding of the disease. Methods the ultrasonographic features of 6 fetal VGM cases diagnosed in Guizhou Provincial people's Hospital from August 2012 to September 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results all of the 6 cases of fetal VGM showed parenchymal cystic anechoic area at the posterior or superior posterior midline of thalamus. Color Doppler imaging showed that the cystic anechoic region was filled with color blood flow signals. Pulse Doppler showed high speed and low resistance blood flow spectrum. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can provide abundant sonographic information, improve the prenatal diagnosis rate of fetal VGM and differentiate it from other cystic lesions in the midline of the brain. It is the first choice in the diagnosis of fetal VGM.
