~1H-MRS在2型糖尿病脑损伤的研究进展

【摘要】:糖尿病(DM)是以血糖升高为特征的伴随多系统并发症的综合性代谢疾病,中枢神经系统是最易受累的部位之一。早期发现DM所致的大脑微结构损伤以及神经生理、代谢活动等改变已成为近年来的研究热点。1 H-MRS是唯一活体检测人脑多种代谢物变化的较敏感的无创性方法,并有望成为诊断与评估DM脑微结构损伤的敏感性生物学指标。本文从临床和基础研究两方面对1 H-MRS评价DM患者脑微结构及功能性改变的价值进行综述。
[Abstract]:Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a complex metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and multiple systemic complications. The central nervous system is one of the most susceptible sites. Early detection of brain microstructural damage, neurophysiology, metabolic activity and other changes caused by DM has become a hot research topic in recent years. 1. 1 H-MRS is the only sensitive noninvasive method to detect the changes of many metabolites in human brain in vivo. It is expected to be a sensitive biological index for the diagnosis and evaluation of DM brain microstructural damage. This article reviews the value of 1 H-MRS in evaluating the changes of brain microstructures and functions in DM patients from both clinical and basic aspects.
