利用Szabo技术行左旋支开口支架精确定位1例

【摘要】：正患者男,61岁,因"反复胸闷、胸痛伴大汗1年,加重10天"入院。既往高血压病史,规律服药,血压控制良好。入院查体:血压146mmHg/88mmHg,心率70次/分,心电图正常。彩色多普勒超声:左心室下壁、侧壁心肌收缩运动减弱;左心室射血分数50%。血生化检查未见异常。术前按冠心病2级预防治疗。冠状动脉造影提示左旋支开口重度狭窄,左主干及前降支未见明显钙化、痉挛、狭窄(图1A)。采用Szabo技术,对患者行
[Abstract]:The patient, 61 years old, was admitted to hospital because of repeated chest tightness, chest pain and sweating for 1 year and exacerbation for 10 days. History of hypertension, regular medication, good blood pressure control. Admission examination: blood pressure 146 mm Hg / 88 mm Hg, heart rate 70 beats / min, ECG normal. Color Doppler ultrasound: left ventricular inferior wall, lateral wall myocardial contractility weakened, left ventricular ejection fraction 50. No abnormal blood biochemical examination was found. Preoperative level 2 prophylaxis of coronary heart disease. Coronary angiography showed severe stenosis of the left circumflex branch, no calcification, spasm, and stenosis in the left main and anterior descending branches (Fig. 1A). Szabo technique is used to treat patients.
