【摘要】：正目前对心脏功能的研究主要集中于左心室,而右心室功能是构成心脏总体泵功能的一部分,右心室功能异常直接影响到疾病的发展和预后[1-4]。超声心动图是目前非侵入性评价右心室功能的主要方法之一,且对右心功能异常患者的早期诊断、治疗、随访和预后有重要价值;实时三维超声心动图(real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,RT-3DE)作为一种新兴的超声成像技术,为评价右心室功能提供了一
[Abstract]:At present, the study of cardiac function is mainly focused on the left ventricle, and the right ventricular function is a part of the total pump function of the heart. The abnormal function of the right ventricle directly affects the development and prognosis of the disease [1-4]. Echocardiography is one of the main methods for noninvasive evaluation of right ventricular function, and it is of great value in early diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and prognosis of patients with right ventricular dysfunction. Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,RT-3DE), as a new ultrasound imaging technique, provides a new method for evaluating the function of right ventricle.
