【摘要】：正病例资料患者,女,58岁,无明显诱因出现左下肢疼痛、无力5个月,加重伴不全瘫2个月。查体:左侧腰部、臀部压痛、叩击痛阳性,被动活动时左下肢疼痛明显加重,全身未触及明显肿大淋巴结。入院后及出院后一个月时均行头、胸和全腹CT增强检查,未见明显肿块影。
[Abstract]:The patient, 58 years old, had no obvious cause of left lower limb pain, 5 months weakness, and 2 months of exacerbation with incomplete paralysis. Physical examination: left waist, buttocks tenderness, percussion pain positive, passive movement of the left lower limb pain significantly aggravated, the whole body did not touch obvious swelling lymph nodes. After admission and one month after discharge, head, chest and total abdominal CT enhanced examination, no obvious mass shadow.
