【摘要】：正患者女,年龄46岁。1年前无意间发现右乳乒乓球大小肿块,近期增大。查体:右乳肿块约15cm×13cm,无明显触痛、无乳头溢液及凹陷。超声表现:右乳内见以囊性为主的混合性包块(占据整个乳腺),范围15.1cm×13.0cm×11.7cm,形态规则,囊壁完整,内见团状实质回声,呈分叶状,实质内见丰富的动静脉血流信号,Adler半定量分级Ⅲ级;弹性成像硬度评分3级,应变比值
[Abstract]:The female patient was 46 years old. A year ago, the size of right breast table tennis lump was accidentally found. Body examination: right breast mass about 15cm 脳 13 cm, no obvious tenderness, no nipple discharge and depression. Ultrasonographic findings: in the right breast, the mixed mass (occupying the whole mammary gland) was mainly cystic, with a range of 15.1cm 脳 13.0cm 脳 11.7cm, with regular shape, intact cystic wall, nodular parenchyma echo, and lobular shape.
