老年慢性挥鞭性翼状韧带损伤的磁共振研究(英文)
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the imaging features of chronic whiplash ligament injury in the elderly and to provide an effective examination method for the long term head and neck pain caused by the injury of the winglike ligament. Methods: a total of 134 elderly patients who had been engaged in whiplash exercise or work for a long time and suffered from head and neck pain for a long time were examined by routine and comprehensive physical examination (including CT,MR, ultrasound). Laboratory tests) and 3.0T magnetic resonance proton density weighted imaging (proton density-weighted imaging,PDWI). According to the results of general physical examination, the patients were divided into two groups: the group with definite etiology (CE group) and the group with unknown etiology (UE group). The imaging features of two kinds of PDWI were analyzed. Results: magnetic resonance (PDWI) could clearly display the anatomical structure and signal characteristics of the winglike ligament, and oblique coronal position could effectively display the full picture of the whiplash injury of the winglike ligament. In CE group, 7 out of 96 patients were positive for ligament injury, and 21 out of 38 patients in UE group were positive for ligament injury. 15.7% of patients with long-term head and neck pain were confirmed to be associated with chronic whiplash ligaments injury. Conclusion: whiplash injury is an important cause of long term head and neck pain in the elderly. High resolution PDWI is an effective method to evaluate the pterygoid ligament and can accurately diagnose the chronic head and neck pain caused by whiplash injury of the winglike ligament.
