松果体区转移瘤1例

【摘要】：正病例男,59岁,因阵发性神志恍惚4d、视物模糊2d入院。查体:神志恍惚,精神差,反应能力减低,被动体位,查体不合作。双侧瞳孔等大正圆,直径约3 mm,光反射消失,眼球各向活动检查不配合。腹壁反射、肱二头肌及肱三头肌反射、双侧膝腱反射正常对称。双侧巴彬斯基征阴性。脑膜刺激征阴性。既往史:2014年3月在外院行膀胱恶性肿瘤切除术。
[Abstract]:The patient, 59 years old, was admitted to hospital for 4 days because of paroxysmal trance and blurred vision for 2 days. Physical examination: trance, poor mind, reduced ability to respond, passive posture, uncooperative. Bilateral pupil isometropic circle, about 3 mm, diameter light reflection disappeared, eye movement in all directions do not cooperate. Abdominal wall reflex, biceps brachii and triceps brachii reflex, bilateral knee tendon reflex normal symmetry. The bilateral Babinsky sign was negative. Meningeal stimulation sign was negative. Past history: bladder cancer resection was performed in March 2014.
