乳腺网状血管内皮瘤1例

【摘要】：正患者女,45岁,因"发现右乳无痛性肿块半年"就诊。专科检查:两侧乳房对称,右侧乳房内上象限触及一大小约2.0cm×1.5cm肿块,边界清楚,表面光滑,活动度好。左侧乳房未见明显异常。双侧腋下未触及肿大淋巴结。超声检查:右侧乳腺12~1点方向、距乳头6cm处见2.7cm×1.4cm×2.2cm等回声,呈非椭圆形,边缘尚光整,边界尚清,内部回声不均匀(图1A),后方回声增强,病灶内部及周边见稍丰富血
[Abstract]:The patient, 45 years old, was admitted to the hospital because of "half a year of painless right breast mass". Special examination: bilateral breast symmetry, right breast upper quadrant touch a size of about 2.0cm 脳 1.5cm mass, the boundary is clear, the surface is smooth, the activity is good. There was no obvious abnormality in the left breast. The enlarged lymph nodes were not touched in the bilateral axillary region. Ultrasound examination: 1 point of right mammary gland, 2.7cm 脳 1.4cm 脳 2.2cm were seen from 6cm of papilla. They were non-oval, edge smooth, boundary was clear, internal echo was uneven (Fig. 1A), the echo was enhanced in the rear. Slightly abundant blood was seen inside and around the lesion.
