副脾误诊为左肾上腺瘤超声表现1例

【摘要】：正患者男,35岁,来我院健康体检。超声检查:左肾上腺区见一约2.6cm×2.1cm类圆形等回声结节(与脾回声一致),形态规则,边界清楚,回声均匀(图1),似与脾相连。超声提示:左肾上腺区实性结节,建议进一步检查除外左肾上腺瘤。随后患者就诊于外院,经CT诊断为左肾上腺瘤,并接受腹腔镜切除术。术后病理:脾脏组织,符合副脾。讨论副脾一般无任何临床症状,多为健康体检时超声检查发现。副脾通常位于脾门或脾下极,位于脾上极者极为少
[Abstract]:A regular male, aged 35, came to our hospital for a health check-up. Ultrasonic examination: in the left superior renal gland, a 2.6cm 脳 2.1cm circular isoechoic nodule (similar to the splenic echo) was observed. The shape was regular, the boundary was clear, the echo was uniform (Fig. 1), and it seemed to be connected with the spleen. Ultrasound showed solid nodules in the left adrenal region, with the exception of left adrenal tumors recommended for further examination. The patients were diagnosed as left suprarenal adenoma by CT and underwent laparoscopic resection. Postoperative pathology: spleen tissue, concordant with accessory spleen. Discussion of accessory spleen does not have any clinical symptoms, most of which are found by ultrasound examination during health check-up. The accessory spleen is usually located at the hilum of the spleen or the inferior pole of the spleen, and is rarely located at the superior pole of the spleen
