【摘要】：正患者男,46岁,因"颈部不适1年"就诊。专科检查:舌根部见一较大肿块,表面光滑。实验室检查:促甲状腺刺激激素13.04 mU/L(正常值范围0.27~4.20 mU/L),游离甲状腺素14.67pmol/L(正常值范围12.0~22.0pmol/L);颈部CT:口底及会厌囊实性肿块。SPECT甲状腺显像:甲状腺摄取功能严重减低。超声检查:
