全身照射螺旋断层放疗剂量验证与分析

【摘要】：目的初步探讨Arc check调强剂量验证系统在全身照射(TBI)螺旋断层放射治疗剂量验证中的意义。方法将9例TBI患者的螺旋断层放疗计划移植到Arc check调强剂量验证系统和螺旋断层放疗系统标配的Cheese Phantom二维剂量验证系统上进行点剂量及γ通过率的剂量验证。用Pearson相关分析法检验两个验证系统点剂量与γ通过率的相关性,并用配对t检验方法检验其优劣性。结果 Arc check剂量验证系统和Cheese Phantom二维剂量验证系统的点剂量测量值与计算结果的平均误差分别为1.5%和1.7%。采用3%/3 mm标准的平均γ通过率分别为97.7%和95.2%。两个验证系统点剂量的R2值为0.896(P0.01),γ通过率的R2值为0.832(P0.01),且两个验证系统的验证结果呈正相关。但两个验证系统的验证结果比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.132,P=0.085)。结论 Arc check能很好地用于TBI螺旋断层放疗剂量验证工作,为以后的TBI剂量验证提供准确的临床质量保证。
