拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床疗效研究

【摘要】：目的探讨拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压临床效果。方法选取2014年8月-2015年2月我院收治的60例妊娠高血压患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组患者采用临床常规治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗基础上加用拉贝洛尔,比较两组妊娠高血压患者治疗前后的舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)、收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后的SBP、DBP结果均较治疗前显著下降,治疗后研究组患者的SBP、DBP下降幅度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论应用拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压可获得更为理想的临床降压效果,有效保障母婴身心健康及生命安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Labe prolol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods from August 2014 to February 2015, 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group. The patients in the control group were treated with clinical routine therapy, and the patients in the study group were treated with Labe on the basis of routine treatment. The diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the results of SBP in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The decrease of SBP DBP in the study group was better than that in the control group after treatment. Conclusion the application of Labe lol in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension can obtain more ideal clinical hypotensive effect, and effectively guarantee the physical and mental health of mother and child and the safety of life.
