【摘要】:目的探讨血锌、钙、铜、硒水平对胎盘镉蓄积及转运的影响。方法 73例待产孕妇根据血镉检测水平分为观察组(31例,血镉1 200 ng/L)与对照组(42例,血镉300~1 200 ng/L)。电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测孕妇血铜、镉及胎盘与脐血中镉水平,火焰原子吸收分光光度法检测血钙、锌,原子荧光分光光度法检测血硒。对比两组各营养元素及胎盘、脐血镉水平。结果两组孕妇血钙水平无差异(P0.05),观察组血锌、铜、硒水平均明显低于对照组,胎盘、脐血镉水平高于对照组(P0.05)。结论血锌、铜、硒水平可能是胎盘镉蓄积与转运的关键影响因素,孕期合理补充营养元素对减少胎盘镉蓄积及转运具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of serum zinc, calcium, copper and selenium levels on the accumulation and transport of cadmium in placenta. Methods 73 pregnant women were divided into observation group (n = 31) and control group (n = 31). Blood cadmium (1 200 ng / L) and control group (n = 42), blood cadmium (CD) 300 ~ 1 200 ng / L ~ (-1) .Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to detect the levels of copper, cadmium and cadmium in placenta and umbilical cord blood of pregnant women. Blood calcium and zinc were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and blood selenium was detected by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry. The nutrient elements and placenta of the two groups were compared. Results there was no difference in serum calcium levels between the two groups. The levels of zinc, copper and selenium in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and placenta. Conclusion the levels of blood zinc, copper and selenium may be the key factors influencing the accumulation and transport of cadmium in placenta. It is important to reduce the accumulation and transport of cadmium in placenta.
