维生素D衍生物EB1089对宫颈癌细胞凋亡与侵袭的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨维生素D衍生物EB1089对宫颈癌细胞株凋亡及侵袭的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测45例宫颈炎症、39例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和44例宫颈鳞癌患者的血25-羟维生素D水平。流式细胞技术检测细胞凋亡,Transwell试验检测细胞侵袭能力。结果:宫颈鳞癌组中血清25-羟维生素D水平显著低于宫颈炎症组和CIN组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与0.1nmol/L EB1089组比较,10nmol/L EB1089组和100nmol/L EB1089组的宫颈癌细胞凋亡率均明显增加,而细胞侵袭能力均显著下降,呈显著剂量依赖性。结论:维生素D衍生物EB1089抑制宫颈癌的发生发展,这为宫颈癌防治探索了新途径。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of vitamin D derivative EB1089 on apoptosis and invasion of cervical cancer cell line. Methods: 45 cases of cervical inflammation were detected by Elisa. The blood levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in 39 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cin) and 44 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) were detected by flow cytometry. Results: serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was significantly lower than that in cervix inflammation group and CIN group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) compared with 0.1 nmol / L EB1089. The apoptosis rate of cervical cancer cells in 10nmol / L EB1089 group and 100nmol / L EB1089 group was significantly increased, while the cell invasion ability was significantly decreased. Conclusion: vitamin D derivative EB1089 inhibits the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, which provides a new approach for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
