短期静脉高糖营养联合胰岛素治疗妊娠剧吐的临床观察

【摘要】：目的探讨短期静脉高糖营养联合胰岛素治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法将130例妊娠剧吐症状较重患者按其意愿分为两组,对照组58例采用常规补液治疗(每日静脉输注葡萄糖液及葡萄糖盐水3000 ml,输液中加入氯化钾、维生素C、维生素B6等,并给予维生素B1肌内注射。)治疗组72例除与对照组相同静脉补液外,前3 d给予静脉高糖营养短期治疗(5%葡萄糖注射液500 ml+50%葡萄糖注射液40~60 ml+正规胰岛素12 U)。结果治疗3 d后,治疗组及对照组的痊愈率分别为51.4%、25.9%(P0.01),总有效率分别为100%、77.6%(P0.01);治疗5 d后,治疗组及对照组的痊愈率分别为,83.3%、62.1%(P0.01),总有效率分别为98.6%、82.8%(P0.01)。结论短期静脉高糖营养联合胰岛素治疗妊娠剧吐较常规补液治疗妊娠剧吐疗效好。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of short-term intravenous hyperglycemia combined with insulin in the treatment of hyperemesis. Methods 130 patients with severe symptoms of hyperemesis were divided into two groups according to their wishes. 58 patients in the control group were treated with routine rehydration (intravenous infusion of glucose solution and glucose saline 3000ml daily, infusion of potassium chloride, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and so on). The 72 cases in the treatment group were treated with vitamin B1 intramuscular injection, except for the same intravenous fluid as the control group. The first 3 days were treated with intravenous high glucose nutrition for a short period of time. 5% glucose injection 500ml 50% glucose injection 4060 ml regular insulin 12 UU. Results after 3 days of treatment. The cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 51.4 and 25.9m respectively, and the total effective rates were 100 / 77.6g / P 0.01g / L, respectively. After 5 days of treatment, the cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.3% and 62.1%, respectively, and the total effective rate was 98.6%. Conclusion Short-term intravenous hyperglycemia combined with insulin is more effective than routine infusion in the treatment of hyperemesis.
