【摘要】：正患者,女,62岁,因"腹痛8天,伴腹胀、肛门停止排气排便6天"于2014年7月24日收入我院普外科。患者既往体健,置宫内节育环25年,绝经12年,冠心病病史、胆囊结石病史1年。查体:T 36.5℃,P 78次/min,R 20次/min,Bp120/70mm Hg;双肺呼吸音粗,无Up音,心律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及病理性杂音;腹部明显隆起,右下腹可及一质韧包块,
