仙方活命饮加味联合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察口服仙方活命饮加味,联合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合诊断标准的急性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,每组60例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。两组都给予半卧位卧床休息,高热量、高蛋白质、高维生素的流食或半流食,补充液体,物理降温等基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予头孢替坦二钠,盐酸多西环素等药物,治疗组给予口服仙方活命饮加味,联合抗生素进行治疗。治疗3周,观察治疗前后两组患者的VAS评分,血常规恢复时间,炎性包块和积液大小以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的VAS评分显著降低,炎性包块和积液大小明显减小,而治疗组的各项指标降低的更显著;治疗组患者显效率显著高于对照组。结论:口服仙方活命饮加味,联合抗生素治疗急性盆腔炎患者可以取得较好的疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of oral Xianfang Huoxing decoction plus antibiotics on acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 120 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group with no significant difference between the two groups. Both groups were given basic treatment such as half-lying bed rest, high calorie, high protein, high vitamin, liquid supplementation, physical cooling and so on, while the control group was given ceftitan disodium. Doxycycline hydrochloride and other drugs, the treatment group was treated with oral Xianfang Huoxin decoction plus antibiotics. After 3 weeks of treatment, the VAS score and blood routine recovery time of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: the VAS scores of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased, and the size of the inflammatory mass and the effusion were significantly decreased, while the indexes of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion: the effective rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: the combination of antibiotics and Xianfang Huoxing decoction can obtain a better curative effect on the patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
