推进卵子冷冻技术临床应用的若干思考

【摘要】：目的分析卵子冷冻技术在我国的社会需求、临床应用的可行性及可能给管理带来的主要问题,提出政策建议。方法检索国内外卵子冷冻技术相关文献,梳理国内外辅助生殖技术(ART)管理相关政策。结果利用玻璃化冷冻卵子进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的效果与新鲜卵子接近。我国卵子冷冻技术主要应用于取卵日男方取精失败的应急性冷冻卵子。卵子冷冻技术的短期风险较低,其应用具有临床意义和社会意义。社会因素冷冻卵子虽然伦理争议较多,但是存在一定的需求。结论适时启动卵子冷冻技术临床应用的相关政策研究,审慎开展临床试点,科学进行舆论引导,不断加强技术评估。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the social demand of egg freezing technology in China, the feasibility of clinical application and the main problems that may bring about to the management, and put forward some policy suggestions. Methods to search the relevant literatures of egg freezing technology at home and abroad. Results the treatment effect of vitrified eggs for IVF-ETS was similar to that for fresh eggs. The oocyte freezing technology in China was mainly used for egg retrieval. Japanese men failed to fertilize an emergent frozen egg. The short-term risk of egg freezing is lower. Its application is of clinical and social significance. Although there are many ethical controversies in social factors, there is a certain demand. Conclusion the relevant policy research on the clinical application of egg freezing technology should be started in good time, and the clinical trial should be carried out prudently. Scientific guidance of public opinion, constantly strengthen technical evaluation.
