复方玄驹胶囊对宫腔粘连术后冻融胚胎移植妊娠结局影响

【摘要】：目的观察复方玄驹胶囊对宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesion,IUA)松解术后冻融胚胎移植(frozen embryo transfer,FET)患者妊娠结局的影响。方法将300例轻、中度IUA行FET患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组150例。两组宫腔镜下粘连松解术后行雌、孕激素序贯疗法,治疗组加用复方玄驹胶囊。3个周期后行FET。比较两组患者胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率、流产率、宫外孕率。结果治疗组临床妊娠率47.3%(71/150)高于对照组[34.0%(51/150),P=0.019];治疗组胚胎着床率25.4%(80/315),高于对照组[19.6%(61/312),P=0.080]。与本组轻度IUA患者比较,两组中度IUA患者胚胎着床率及临床妊娠率均降低(P0.01,P0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组中度IUA患者临床妊娠率升高(P0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊可改善宫腔粘连术后患者子宫内膜容受性,提高宫腔粘连术后FET助孕周期妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of compound Xuanju capsule on pregnancy outcome of patients with intrauterine adhesion IUAA after freeze-thawed embryo transfer. Methods 300 patients with mild and moderate IUA undergoing FET were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 150 cases in each group were treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy after hysteroscopy. The treatment group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule. Three cycles later, the embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate were compared between the two groups. Results the clinical pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 47.3 / 71 / 150) higher than that of the control group [34.010 / 51 / 150% P0. 019], and the embryo implantation rate of the treatment group was 25.4% 80 / 315%, which was higher than that of the control group [19.6% 611% 312% P0.080]. Compared with this group of mild IUA patients, the embryo implantation rate and the clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.01 P 0.05), and compared with the control group, the clinical pregnancy rate and the embryo implantation rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion compound Xuanju capsule can improve the endometrial receptivity of patients with intrauterine adhesions and increase the pregnancy rate of FET during pregnancy cycle after intrauterine adhesions.
