【摘要】：正患者,62岁,因发现外阴脱出物35年,加重6+年于2012年3月25日入重庆市妇幼保健院就诊。35年前无明显诱因发现外阴包块脱出物,行走、运动后较为明显,能自行回纳。无咳嗽后溢尿,未经特殊治疗,6+年前脱出症状加重,并且回纳困难影响日常活动。月经史:初潮年龄18岁,既往月经规律,绝经14年。婚育史:已婚,G1P1。妇科检查:外阴已婚已产式,会阴见陈旧性裂伤Ⅰ度;阴道通畅;阴道前壁、宫颈及阴道后壁完全
