PKM2、PTB在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的：明确M2型丙酮酸激酶(PKM2)、多聚嘧啶串结合蛋白(PTB)在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其相关性,初步探讨其在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用。 方法：采用免疫组织化学法(IHC),检测45例宫颈癌、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变及12例正常宫颈组织中PKM2、PTB的表达情况,并对其进行统计学分析。 结果：1.PKM2在宫颈癌组织中表达高于宫颈癌前病变组及正常宫颈组织组(P0.05),宫颈癌前病变组及正常宫颈组、宫颈癌I期组及宫颈癌Ⅱa1期组两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2.PTB在正常宫颈组织表达低于CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ组、宫颈癌Ⅰ期组及宫颈癌Ⅱa1期组(P0.05),在宫颈CIN Ⅰ组表达低于CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ组、宫颈癌Ⅰ期组及宫颈癌Ⅱ a1期组(P0.05),在CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ组表达低于宫颈癌Ⅱ a1期组(P0.05),在宫颈癌Ⅰ期组表达低于宫颈癌Ⅱ a1期组(P0.05)。在正常组织表达与CINI组比较差异无明显统计学意义(P0.05),CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ与宫颈癌工期组比较差异无明显统计学意义(P0.05)。3.宫颈癌PKM2及PTB的表达呈正相关 结论：PKM2、PTB可能与宫颈癌的发生发展相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and correlation of PKM2, PTB in cervical carcinoma and its role in the development of cervical cancer. Methods: the expression of PKM2 PTB in 45 cases of cervical carcinoma with intraepithelial neoplasia and 12 cases of normal cervical tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the expression of PKM2 PTB in 45 cases of cervical carcinoma and 12 cases of normal cervical tissues was analyzed statistically.
