上海3所妇产科医院白念珠菌基因同源性分析

【摘要】:目的了解上海地区白念珠菌主要基因型,为监测和诊治临床白念珠菌感染提供实验依据。方法收集2013年11月—2014年1月复旦大学附属妇产科医院、国际和平妇幼保健院和上海市第一妇婴保健院3所医院阴道炎患者阴道分泌物分离的白念珠菌共115株,随机扩增多态性DNA检测其基因型,ATB FUNGUS 3试剂盒检测5种抗真菌药物最低抑菌浓度。结果随机扩增多态性DNA结果显示,115株菌分为A、B、C3型,其中A型89株(占77.4%)又分5个亚型,B型22株(占19.1%)分为2个亚型。C型4株(占3.5%)。115株白念珠菌对5-氟胞嘧啶敏感率为96.5%;对两性霉素B敏感率为100%;对氟康唑敏感率为85.2%;对伊曲康唑敏感率为55.7%;对伏立康唑敏感率为84.3%。结论上海地区3所医院分离的白念珠菌基因型没有明显区别,同源性分型主要以A型为主。药敏试验显示,该地区白念珠菌对5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、氟康唑、伏立康唑敏感率较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the major genotypes of Candida albicans in Shanghai and to provide experimental evidence for the monitoring and diagnosis of clinical Candida albicans infection. Methods from November 2013 to January 2014, the hospital of gynecology and obstetrics affiliated to Fudan University was collected. A total of 115 strains of Candida albicans isolated from vaginal secretions of vaginitis patients in the three hospitals of International Peace Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Shanghai first Maternal and Child Health Hospital were isolated. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was used to detect the minimum inhibitory concentration of five antifungal drugs. Of these, 89 strains of type A (77.4%) were further divided into 5 subtypes, 22 strains of subtype B (19.1%), and 4 strains of subtype C. C (3.55%). 115 strains of Candida albicans were found to be sensitive to 5-fluorocytosine 96.5%, amphotericin B sensitivity to 100 batches and fluconazole sensitivity to fluconazole. The sensitivity rate to itraconazole was 55.7%, the sensitivity rate to voriconazole was 84.30.Conclusion there was no significant difference in the genotypes of Candida albicans isolated from 3 hospitals in Shanghai. The susceptibility of Candida albicans to 5-fluorocytosine, amphotericin B, fluconazole and fulconazole was high.
