高龄影响卵母细胞及早期胚胎线粒体功能的研究进展

【摘要】：线粒体是真核细胞中重要的细胞器,为卵母细胞成熟、受精及胚胎生长提供充足的能量,在卵母细胞和胚胎发育过程中起到关键作用。年龄的增长会引起线粒体功能降低,进而影响卵母细胞及胚胎的质量,不利于高龄女性的成功妊娠。本文将从高龄如何影响卵母细胞及早期胚胎线粒体功能,以及怎样减少高龄对线粒体功能的损伤等方面进行探讨,以期为高龄不孕不育患者提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:Mitochondria are important organelles in eukaryotic cells that provide sufficient energy for oocyte maturation, fertilization and embryo growth, and play a key role in oocyte and embryo development. Thus, the quality of oocytes and embryos is affected, which is not conducive to the successful pregnancy of older women. This article will focus on how old age affects the function of oocytes and mitochondria of early embryos. In order to provide theoretical guidance for the elderly infertility patients, how to reduce the damage of mitochondria function caused by old age was discussed.
