妊娠早期甲状腺激素及尿碘参考值范围

【摘要】：目的建立妊娠早期甲状腺激素参考值范围及适宜的尿碘参考值范围。方法选择北京协和医院产科门诊进行常规产检的368例妊娠早期妇女作为研究对象,采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪测定血清甲状腺激素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定随机尿碘浓度,参考值范围采用双侧限值(P2.5~P97.5)表示。结果妊娠早期甲状腺激素参考值范围:血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸为3.74~5.88 pmol/L,血清游离甲状腺素为12.54~20.15 pmol/L;血清促甲状腺激素为0.12~3.48 mU/L。个体适宜尿碘参考值范围为31~543μg/L。结论基于实验室检测结果,建立了妊娠早期甲状腺激素参考值范围及适宜的尿碘参考值范围。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the range of reference value of thyroid hormone and suitable reference value of urinary iodine in early pregnancy. The serum thyroid hormone was determined by automatic chemiluminescence immunoanalyzer, and the random urinary iodine concentration was measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Results the reference range of serum free triiodothyronine was 3.74 ~ 5.88 pmol / L, serum free thyroxine was 12.54 ~ 20.15 mmol / L and serum thyrotropin was 0.12 ~ 3.48 mU 路L ~ (-1). The reference range of body suitable urine iodine is 31 渭 g / L. Conclusion based on the results of laboratory tests, The reference range of thyroid hormone and the suitable reference range of urinary iodine in early pregnancy were established.
