经阴道病灶切除术治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠临床病例分析

【摘要】：目的探析经阴道病灶切除术作用于剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠临床病例的应用效果。方法抽取2013年10月至2016年5月,在我院接受医治的80剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠临床病例为观察对象。根据随机数字分组方式,分成观察组4例、对照组40例。观察组施以经阴道病灶切除术进行医治;对照组采用经腹子宫瘢痕妊娠病灶切除术进行医治。比较2组临床医治效果。结果观察并发症发生率5.0%,显著低于对照组30.0%,组间对比存在高度统计学意义(χ~2=8.66,P0.01);观察组总有效率97.5%,明显高于对照组80.0%,组间对比存在统计学意义(χ~2=4.51,P0.05)。结论对剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠临床病例开展经阴道病灶切除术医治的临床效果良好,可有效缩短患者手术执行时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床采纳与推行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of transvaginal focus resection on cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods from October 2013 to May 2016, 80 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were treated in our hospital. According to the method of random number grouping, they were divided into observation group (n = 4) and control group (n = 40). Results the incidence of complications in the control group was 5.0, significantly lower than that in the control group (30.0). There was significant statistical significance between the two groups (蠂 ~ (2 +) = 8.6g / P _ (0.01)). The total effective rate of 97.5% was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%). There was statistical significance between the two groups (蠂 ~ (2 +) 4.51) P 0.05.Conclusion the clinical effect of transvaginal focus excision for cesarean section in the clinical cases of uterine scar pregnancy is good. It can effectively shorten the time of operation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical adoption and implementation.
