中药内服联合针刺治疗老年早期宫颈癌术后尿潴留临床效果

【摘要】：目的探讨中药内服和针刺联合应用对老年早期宫颈癌患者术后尿潴留的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院90例老年早期宫颈癌术后尿潴留患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组45例与对照组45例,观察组行常规处理,对照组行中药内服和针刺联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率,尿管留置时间、术后1月、术后3月膀胱残余尿量,及临床症状积分差异,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为80.0%(36/45),显著高于对照组的57.8%(26/45),P=0.023;观察组患者尿管留置时间较对照组更短,P=0.002,术后1月、术后3月膀胱残余尿量显著低于对照组,P0.05;观察组患者排尿无力、小腹坠胀感、腰膝乏软、精神倦怠等临床症状积分显著低于对照组,P0.05。结论中药内服和针刺联合应用可以提高老年早期宫颈癌患者术后尿潴留治疗有效率,改善临床症状。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and acupuncture on postoperative urinary retention in elderly patients with early cervical cancer. Methods 90 patients with postoperative urinary retention of early cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the object of study. The observation group (45 cases) and the control group (45 cases) were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 45) and the control group (n = 45). Results the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 80.036 / 45g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (57.8R / 45) 0.023.The time of indwelling urethral catheter in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (0.002). On March, the residual urine volume of bladder was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05). The score of clinical symptoms such as mental burnout was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05.Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can improve the effective rate of urinary retention and improve the clinical symptoms in the elderly patients with early cervical cancer after operation.
