伊血安颗粒联合左炔诺孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效及对性激素水平的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨伊血安颗粒联合左炔诺孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者76例。随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。2组均以左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,观察组在此基础上口服伊血安颗粒。检查并记录2组患者治疗前后的月经量、血红蛋白浓度、子宫内膜厚度、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平和不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。2组患者治疗后的月经量、子宫内膜厚度和血红蛋白浓度均较治疗前明显改善(P均0.05),但2组间各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P均0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的E2均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05);而FSH和LH则无明显差异(P均0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率显著高于观察组(P0.05)。结论伊血安颗粒联合左炔诺孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效显著,并能够改善性激素水平,且不良反应少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of Yi Xue an granule combined with levonorgestrel on dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage and its effect on sex hormone level. Methods 76 cases of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group (n = 76) and control group (n = 76). 38 cases in control group and 38 cases in control group were treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system. On the basis of this, the observation group took the Yi Xue an granule. The menstrual volume, hemoglobin concentration and endometrial thickness of the two groups were examined and recorded before and after treatment. The levels of estradiol E _ 2, FSH, LH) and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P0.052.The menstrual volume of the patients after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group). The thickness of endometrium and the concentration of hemoglobin were significantly improved in both groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the E _ 2 levels in the two groups were decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between FSH and LH. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Yi Xue an granule combined with levonorgestrel on dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant. And can improve the level of sex hormones, and less adverse reactions.
