FSHR-680位点基因多态性与卵巢反应性关系的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨卵泡刺激索受体(follicle stimulating hormone receptor, FSHR)基因第10外显子680位点多态性与体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer, IVF-ET)患者卵巢反应性的关系。 方法:本研究为单中心的前瞻性痫例对照研究。将IVF-ET患者102例,按卵巢反应性分为3组,其中22例为卵巢低反应组,58例为正常卵巢组,22例为高反应组。采用聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction, PCR)技术,检测(FSHR)基因第10外显子680位点多态性,比较三组患者的年龄、体重指数(body mass index, BMI)、不孕原因、基础卵泡刺激素(basic FSH, bFSH)、窦卵泡数(antral follicle count, AFC)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin, HCG)注射日雌二醇(estradiol,E2)促性腺激素(gonadotropin, Gn)总用量、Gn使用天数和获卵数。 结果:1.低反应组的Gn天数和Gn用量显著多于正常反应组和高反应组,而高反应组的HCG日E2和获卵数则多于低反应组和正常反应组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 2.高反应组和正常反应组中AA型占比例最大(分别为54.5%,50.0%)而低反应组中SS型占比例最大(50.0%) 3.SS型的Gn用量明显多于AA型和AS型(41.14±13.14),而获卵数显著低于其它两型(8.64+5.39),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论:IVF-ET周期中卵巢反应性与FSHR基因第10外显子680位点多态性有关。因此可以检测FSHR基因的多态性来预测卵巢的反应性,指导临床用药,减轻患者的经济和精神负担。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the polymorphism at exon 6 80 of follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) gene and ovarian reactivity in patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ETS). Methods: one hundred and two patients with IVF-ET were divided into 3 groups according to their ovarian reactivity. Among them, 22 cases were ovarian hyporeactive group, 58 cases were normal ovary group, 22 cases were high response group. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was used to detect the polymorphism of exon 10 of the exon 10 of FSHR gene, and the age of the three groups was compared. Body mass index, mass, infertility, basal follicle stimulating hormone basic FSHs, bFSHS, antral follicle count, AFCU, human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), estradiol estradioltropin (Gnn), the total dosage of gonadotropin (Gn) and the number of gonadotropin (Gn). Results 1. The days and dosage of Gn in the low reaction group were significantly more than those in the normal reaction group and the high reaction group, while in the high reaction group, the HCG day E 2 and the number of eggs obtained were more than those in the low reaction group and the normal reaction group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). 2. The proportion of AA type in the high reaction group and the normal reaction group was the highest (54.5%), while the SS type in the low reaction group was 50.0%. The dosage of Gn in 3.SS type was significantly higher than that in AA type and as type (41.14 卤13.14), and the number of eggs obtained was significantly lower than that of the other two types (P 0.05). Conclusion the ovarian reactivity in the IVF-ET cycle is related to the polymorphism at exon 10 of the FSHR gene. Therefore, the polymorphism of the FSHR gene can be used to predict ovarian reactivity, to guide the clinical use of drugs and to relieve the economic and mental burden of the patients.
