补肾活血周期疗法联合西药治疗宫腔粘连术后患者50例临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察补肾活血周期疗法联合西药治疗宫腔粘连分解术后患者的临床疗效及对子宫内膜环境的影响。方法将100例宫腔粘连术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组给予西药戊酸雌二醇片、黄体酮胶囊周期治疗;实验组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血周期疗法中药,两组共治疗3个月经周期。观察治疗前后两组患者子宫内膜厚度及血流状态,并判定月经恢复疗效及宫腔粘连疗效。结果实验组月经恢复、宫腔粘连总有效率分别为84%、88%,对照组分别为70%、76%,实验组均明显优于对照组(P0.05)。实验组治疗后子宫内膜厚度明显增加,子宫内膜血流参数PI、RI均明显降低,子宫内膜穿支血流分级Ⅲ级患者数明显增加(P0.05)。治疗后实验组子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组,子宫内膜穿支血流分级Ⅲ级患者数明显多于对照组(P0.05)。结论补肾活血周期疗法联合西药能改善宫腔粘连术后患者子宫内膜厚度,增加子宫内膜血流,有利于月经恢复,预防宫腔再次粘连。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of postoperative patients with intrauterine adhesions. Methods 100 cases of postoperative patients with intrauterine adhesions were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. 50 cases. The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets, The patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying the kidney and activating blood on the basis of the control group and the two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The endometrial thickness and blood flow state of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.
