应用DCE-MRI对局部进展期宫颈癌同步放化疗的疗效及预后评价的研究进展

【摘要】：当今临床对于大部分局部进展期宫颈癌患者实行同步放化疗的治疗方案。但因为治疗抵抗的存在,进展期宫颈癌的同步放化疗的治疗效果差强人意,预后差,易复发等问题成为了临床工作的难题。而动态增强MRI能够提供更多关于肿瘤微血管信息,并通过这些信息估计肿瘤的生物学特征,为进展期宫颈癌的诊断、治疗结果预测、预后评价等提供了帮助,为临床医生制定个性化放化疗方案提供了指导。该文综述了DCE-MRI对于局部进展期宫颈癌同步放化疗的短期治疗结果及远期预后的预测的应用。
[Abstract]:At present, most patients with locally advanced cervical cancer are treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, because of the existence of treatment resistance, the effect of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer is unsatisfactory and the prognosis is poor. But dynamic enhanced MRI can provide more information about tumor microvessel, estimate the biological characteristics of tumor, and predict the treatment result for the diagnosis of advanced cervical cancer. The evaluation of prognosis provides guidance for clinicians to formulate individualized radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This article reviews the application of DCE-MRI in the short-term treatment and long-term prognosis prediction of locally advanced cervical cancer.
