IL-11及其受体在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达

【摘要】：目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-11、IL-11受体(IL-11R)在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达。方法选取108例卵巢上皮性癌组织、18例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测IL-11、IL-11RA蛋白表达。结果卵巢子宫内膜样癌、卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、卵巢黏液性囊腺癌、卵巢透明细胞癌的IL-11阳性率分别为78.79%、74.29%、50.00%、40.63%。相比卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤,IL-11在卵巢上皮性癌组织中明显高表达(P0.05)。在卵巢上皮性癌中,IL-11表达与年龄分组无关(P0.05);IL-11在临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的表达明显高于临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P0.05);与无腹膜转移的相比,有腹膜转移的上皮性癌中IL-11明显高表达(P0.05)。卵巢良性和恶性上皮性肿瘤组织中IL-11RA高表达。结论 IL-11表达与卵巢上皮性癌亚型相关。IL-11R可能在卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中发挥着协同作用,IL-11在腹膜转移中起重要作用,可能作为新的靶向治疗指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of IL-11 receptor IL-11R in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods 108 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 18 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor were selected. The expression of IL-11 and IL-11RA was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results the expression of IL-11RA in endometrioid ovarian carcinoma, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, and ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. The positive rates of IL-11 in ovarian clear cell carcinoma were 78.79 and 74.29, respectively. The positive rate of IL-11 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign epithelial tumor of ovary.
