PDIA3在足月胎膜早破患者胎盘、胎膜组织中的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的观察足月胎膜早破(t PROM)患者胎盘、胎膜组织中蛋白质二硫键异构酶A3(PDIA3)的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择t PROM患者30例(观察组)、正常足月产妇30例(对照组),分别采用免疫组化法和实时荧光定量PCR法检测两组胎膜、胎盘组织中的PDIA3蛋白和mRNA。结果观察组胎盘、胎膜组织中PDIA3蛋白阳性表达率分别为93.33%、86.67%,对照组分别为60.00%、50.00%,P均0.05。观察组胎盘、胎膜组织中PDIA3 mRNA相对表达量分别为2.025±0.180、1.440±0.053,对照组分别为0.958±0.418、1.024±0.049,两组比较,P均0.05。结论 t PROM患者胎盘、胎膜组织中PDIA3呈高表达,其可能参与了t PROM的发生、发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of protein disulfide isomerase A3 (PDIA3) expression in placenta and membranes of patients with term premature rupture of membranes. Methods 30 cases of t PROM (observation group) and 30 cases of normal term parturient (control group) were studied by immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results the positive expression rates of PDIA3 protein in placenta and membranes were 93.33 and 86.67 in the observation group, and 60.0050.005 in the control group, respectively. The placenta of the observation group was 0.05, and the positive expression rate of PDIA3 protein in the placenta of the observation group was 0.05.Results the positive expression rate of PDIA3 protein in the placenta and membranes of the observation group was 93.33 and 86.67 respectively. The relative expression of PDIA3 mRNA was 2.025 卤0.180 卤0.053 in fetal membrane and 0.958 卤0.418 卤1.024 卤0.049 in control, respectively. Conclusion the expression of PDIA3 in placenta and membranes of t PROM patients is high, which may be involved in the occurrence and development of t PROM.
