【摘要】:目的: 检测Snail、E-cadherin及Vimentin在三种不同卵巢组织中的表达,分析三种蛋白在卵巢浆液性腺癌中表达与临床病理特征的关系及其三者之间表达强度的相关性,探讨Snail介导的上皮间质转化(EMT)在卵巢癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。 方法: 本文采用免疫组化法检测Snail、E-cadherin及Vimentin分别在48例卵巢浆液性腺癌、48例卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤及48例卵巢浆液性腺瘤中表达情况,探讨三种蛋白的表达与卵巢浆液性腺癌FIGO分期、分化级别、淋巴结转移及腹膜种植之间的关系,并分析Snail、E-cadherin及Vimentin在卵巢卵巢浆液性腺癌中表达的相关性。 结果: 1.Snail在卵巢浆液性腺癌中的阳性表达率为68.75%,高于卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤组的41.47%和卵巢浆液性腺瘤组的25%,结果具有统计学意义(P0.05);Vimentin在卵巢浆液性腺癌中的阳性表达率为66.67%,高于卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤组的37.5%和卵巢浆液性腺瘤组的18.75%,结果具有显著地统计学意义(P0.01);E-cadherin在卵巢浆液性腺癌中的阳性表达率为27.08%,与卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤组的54.17%和卵巢浆液性腺瘤组的75%相比阳性表达率明显降低,其结果具有统计学意义(P0.05)。 2.在卵巢浆液性腺癌组织中,Snail、Vimentin在FIGO分期晚(Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)、分化级别高(中-低分化)、发生淋巴结及腹膜转移的肿瘤组织中高表达,而在FIGO分期早(Ⅰ-Ⅱ期)、分化级别低(高分化)、无淋巴结转移及腹膜转移的肿瘤组织中低表达。E-cadherin在FIGO分期晚(Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)、分化级别高(中-低分化)、有淋巴结转移及腹膜转移的组织中的表达明显低于FIGO分期早(Ⅰ-Ⅱ期)、分化级别低(高分化)、无淋巴结及腹膜转移的卵巢癌组织。 3. Spearman相关分析显示:Snail与E-cadherin在卵巢浆液性腺癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.601,P0.01);Snail与Vimentin在卵巢浆液性腺癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.477,P0.01); E-cadherin与Vimentin在卵巢浆液性腺癌中的表达相关性不明显(r=-0.206,P0.05)。 结论: 在上皮性卵巢癌组织中,转录因子Snail及间质细胞标志物Vimentin表达上调,而上皮细胞标志物E-cadherin表达下调,提示Snail介导的EMT可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展及浸润转移有关。
[Abstract]:Objective:The expression of Snail-E-cadherin and Vimentin in three kinds of ovarian tissues was detected, and the relationship between the expression of three proteins in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and the clinicopathological features, and the correlation between the expression intensity of these proteins and the clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.To investigate the role of Snail-mediated epithelial mesenchymal transformation in the genesis, development and metastasis of ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression of Snail-E-cadherin and Vimentin in 48 cases of ovarian serous carcinoma and 48 cases of ovarian borderline serous tumor and 48 cases of ovarian serous adenoma were detected by immunohistochemical method. The expression of three proteins and the FIGO stage of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma were studied.The relationship among differentiation grade, lymph node metastasis and peritoneal implantation was analyzed. The relationship between Snail-E-cadherin and Vimentin expression in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of 1.Snail in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was 68.75, which was higher than that in borderline ovarian serous tumor (41.47%) and ovarian serous adenoma (25%).66.67% was higher than that in borderline ovarian serous tumor group (37.5%) and ovarian serous adenoma group (18.75%). The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was 27.08%.The positive expression rate of 54.17% was significantly lower than that of ovarian serous adenoma group (75%).The results were statistically significant (P 0.05).2.In ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissues, Vimentin was highly expressed in tumor tissues with late FIGO stage (stage 鈪,
