循环tTG、sFlt-1、sEng及VEGF与子痫前期的关系

【摘要】：目的检测子痫前期孕妇血清中组织型转谷氨酰胺酶(tTG)的水平,并分析其与可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)、可溶性内皮因子(sEng)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的关系,探讨其在子痫前期发病中的作用。方法选择子痫前期孕妇105例,其中轻度子痫前期组45例、重度子痫前期组60例;随机选择同期单胎健康孕妇(100例)为对照组,采用ELISA法检测血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng及游离VEGF水平,并分析这4种因子的相关性,以及与血压、尿蛋白之间的相关性。结果 (1)轻、重度子痫前期组血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng水平均高于对照组,VEGF水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01);重度子痫前期组血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng水平高于轻度子痫前期组,VEGF水平低于轻度子痫前期组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。(2)子痫前期孕妇血清tTG水平与疾病严重程度呈正相关(r=0.863,P0.001)。(3)子痫前期组血清tTG水平与sFlt-1、sEng水平呈正相关(r=0.819,P0.001;r=0.734,P0.001),与VEGF水平呈负相关(r=-0.767,P0.001)。对照组tTG水平与sFlt-1、sEng及VEGF水平无明显相关性(P0.05)。(4)子痫前期组血清tTG、sFlt-1、sEng及VEGF水平与平均动脉压及24 h尿蛋白量呈一定的相关性,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论升高的血清tTG水平与sFlt-1及sEng水平在子痫前期中的关联,提示tTG可能参与子痫前期发病。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the level of tissue type transglutaminase (TG) in serum of preeclampsia pregnant women, and to analyze its relationship with soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGF), soluble endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGF), soluble endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and soluble endothelial growth factor (VEGF).To explore its role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods 105 pregnant women with preeclampsia, including 45 mild preeclampsia group and 60 severe preeclampsia group, and 100 healthy pregnant women with single pregnancy were randomly selected as the control group. The serum tTGG flt-1 titer Eng and free VEGF levels were measured by ELISA method.The correlation between these four factors and blood pressure and urine protein were analyzed.Results (1) the levels of serum tTGG and Flt-1nsEng in mild and severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.01), and the level of serum tTGft-1nsEng in severe preeclampsia group was higher than that in mild preeclampsia group. The level of VEGF in severe preeclampsia group was lower than that in mild preeclampsia group, and it was significantly lower in severe preeclampsia group than that in mild preeclampsia group.宸�寮傚潎鏈夌粺璁″�︽剰涔，
