GDM孕妇肘静脉及新生儿脐静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平变化及意义

【摘要】:目的观察妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇肘静脉血清、新生儿脐静脉血清中晚期糖基化终末产物(AGE)及AGE受体(RAGE)水平的变化,探讨其二者与GDM发病、新生儿早期神经系统发育的关系。方法选取GDM孕妇80例(GDM组),按孕周匹配同期住院分娩糖耐量正常孕妇80例为对照组。采用ELISA法分别检测两组母体肘静脉及新生儿脐静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平;出生72 h内,对新生儿行新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分;并对上述指标之间进行相关分析。结果 GDM组母体肘静脉血清及新生儿脐静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平高于对照组(P均0.05)。GDM组新生儿主动肌张力、原始反射及NBNA总分高于对照组(P均0.05)。GDM组母体肘静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平分别与新生儿脐静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平呈正相关性(r分别为0.725、0.473,P均0.05)。GDM组母体肘静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平与NBNA评分呈负相关性(r分别为-0.415、-0.320,P均0.05)。GDM组新生儿脐静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平与NBNA评分呈负相关性(r分别为-0.294、-0.280,P均0.05)。结论 GDM母体肘静脉血清及新生儿脐静脉血清中AGE、RAGE水平升高,其与GDM发生及新生儿早期神经系统缺陷均有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum level of cubital vein blood, advanced glycosylation end product (age) and AGE receptor (rage) in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and to explore the relationship between them and the pathogenesis of GDM and the development of nervous system in the early stage of newborn.Methods 80 pregnant women with GDM and 80 normal pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance were selected as control group.ELISA method was used to detect the level of age in the serum of maternal cubital vein and neonatal umbilical vein, and the neonatal neurological behavior score was measured within 72 hours of birth, and the correlation between the above indexes was analyzed.Results the maternal cubital venous serum and the serum age level of umbilical vein in GDM group were higher than those in 0.05).GDM group.The total scores of primitive reflex and NBNA were higher than those of the control group. The level of age in maternal cubital vein serum of 0.05).GDM group was positively correlated with that of neonate umbilical vein serum. The correlation between age and age in maternal cubital vein serum of 0.05).GDM group was 0. 725 and 0. 473P = 0. 725 卤0. 473P, respectively, and the level of NBNA in maternal cubital vein serum was significantly higher than that in both 0.05).GDM group and neonate umbilical vein serum.There was a negative correlation between the serum age level of umbilical vein and NBNA score in 0.05).GDM group (-0.294 卤-0.280 P, P < 0.05).Conclusion the level of age rage in GDM maternal cubital venous blood and umbilical vein serum is increased, which is related to the occurrence of GDM and the early nervous system defect of newborn.
