宫外孕患者联合采用米非司酮与甲氨喋呤治疗的有效性评价

【摘要】：目的探讨宫外孕患者联合采用米非司酮与甲氨喋呤治疗的临床应用价值。方法筛选宫外孕者75例依据治疗方案的差异性分组,即参照组35例(甲氨喋呤)和观察组40例(米非司酮+甲氨喋呤),对比两组的疗效。结果观察组的总有效率92.5%、临床症状较参照组74.3%显著较优,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论宫外孕者经米非司酮与甲氨喋呤结合治疗,可降低毒副作用,取得显效效果,可在临床上加以借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 75 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups: control group (35 cases) and observation group (40 cases).Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5% and the clinical symptom was significantly better than that of the control group (74.3%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate can reduce the side effects of ectopic pregnancy and can be used for reference in clinic.
