【摘要】：研究背景:乙型肝炎是目前世界上广泛流行的传染病,据估计全球至少有20亿人曾感染过乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV),约4亿HBsAg携带者,每年大约有100万人死于HBV相关疾病。我国是HBV感染的高发区,HBsAg检出率约10%,长期携带病毒易发展为肝硬化(hepatic cirrhosis,HC)及肝癌,严重威胁人民的健康。研究证实宫内感染是高发区的主要传播形式,一旦发生且极容易慢性化,并最终将有较大比率发展为HC、肝癌。因此探讨HBV宫内传播的主要影响因素对于乙型肝炎的防治将有重要意义。目的:探讨影响HBV宫内传播的危险因素。方法: (1) Meta分析方法:以“宫内感染、新生儿、危险因素和乙型肝炎;intrauterine transmission,risk factor,hepatitis B”为关键词对中国生物医学数据库和MEDLINE进行检索。我们对母亲HBVDNA或HBeAg阳性、新生儿HBeAg阳性、生产方式、先兆流
[Abstract]:Background: hepatitis B is currently popular in the world of infectious diseases, it is estimated at least 2 billion people worldwide have been infected with hepatitis B virus (hepatitis B, virus, HBV), about 400 million HBsAg carriers, about 1 million people died of HBV related diseases every year. China's HBV infection rate is high, the detection rate of about HBsAg 10%, the long-term virus is easy to develop to liver cirrhosis (hepatic cirrhosis, HC) and liver cancer, a serious threat to people's health. The study confirmed that intrauterine infection is the main form of communication in high incidence area, once occurred but easy to chronicity, and eventually there will be a large ratio for the development of HC, liver cancer. Therefore discusses the main influencing factors of HBV intrauterine transmission for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B will have important significance.
Objective: To investigate the risk factors affecting the intrauterine transmission of HBV.
Method:
