紫杉醇脂质体或紫杉醇注射液联合顺铂治疗宫颈癌的疗效与安全性差异的临床观察

【摘要】：目的比较紫杉醇脂质体或紫杉醇注射液联合顺铂治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果与安全性差异。方法选取2009年6月~2010年6月在我院诊治的中晚期宫颈癌患者83例,随机分为观察组42例和对照组41例,观察组第1天给予紫杉醇脂质体135 mg·m-2静脉滴注,第2天给予顺铂60 mg·m-2静脉滴注;对照组第1天给予紫杉醇注射液135 mg·m-2静脉滴注,第2天给予顺铂60 mg·m-2静脉滴注。两组患者皆采取同步放化疗方案,比较两组患者治疗宫颈癌的临床效果(近期疗效和远期疗效)及安全性差异。结果观察组治疗宫颈癌的有效缓解率为83.33%,对照组为68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的宫颈癌旁浸润和淋巴结转移显著低于对照组,5年生存率显著高于对照组(P0.05);观察组在脱发、胃肠道反应、过敏反应、骨髓抑制及免疫力下降等不良反应方面与对照组相比存在显著安全性差异(P0.05)。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗宫颈癌的近期疗效和远期疗效良好,且安全性相对较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy and safety of paclitaxel liposome or paclitaxel injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods Eighty-three patients with advanced cervical cancer treated in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 41).On the second day, cisplatin 60 mg m-2 was given intravenously, while in the control group, paclitaxel injection 135 mg m-2 and cisplatin 60 mg m-2 were given intravenously on day 1 and day 2, respectively.Patients in both groups were treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy (short-term and long-term efficacy) and safety were compared between the two groups in the treatment of cervical cancer.Results the effective remission rate of cervical cancer in the observation group was 83.33 and that in the control group was 68.29, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the adjacent invasion and lymph node metastasis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the 5-year survival rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05).Compared with the control group, the safety of gastrointestinal reaction, allergic reaction, bone marrow suppression and immunosuppression were significantly different (P 0.05).Conclusion the efficacy of paclitaxel liposome combined with cisplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer is good and the safety is relatively high.
