【摘要】：正患者,28岁,藏族,因产后7+月,白带异常6+月加重1+月,于2017年2月21日就诊于四川大学华西第二医院。7+月前,患者于当地医院足月顺产一3.7 kg女婴,产后1月无明显诱因出现畏寒、发热,最高体温达39℃,白带增加,呈水样、色黄,二便正常。自行服用退烧药(具体不详)后缓解,2天后再次出现类似情况,且自行缓解,后未再出现畏寒、发热。1+月前因白带异常加重,到当地县医院就诊,妇科查体考虑"宫颈病变,肿瘤待排",建议上级医院就诊(未见病历,具体不详)。我院普通
