子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中Galectin-7表达与HPV 16感染的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨半乳凝素-7(Galectin-7)在维吾尔族与汉族妇女子宫颈鳞状细胞癌和子宫颈炎中的表达,并分析其与HPV 16感染、子宫颈癌分化程度、患病年龄的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法分别检测Galectin-7在维吾尔族21例子宫颈炎和49例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌、汉族25例子宫颈炎和29例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达;采用PCR技术检测HPV 16感染情况。利用图像分析软件Image-Pro Plus(IPP)6.0半定量检测子宫颈病变中Galectin-7的累计光密度(integrated optical density,IOD)值。结果 PCR检测显示维吾尔族子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中HPV 16阳性者20例,阴性者29例;子宫颈炎中HPV 16阳性者5例,阴性者16例。汉族子宫颈癌中HPV 16阳性者2例,阴性者27例;子宫颈炎中HPV 16均阴性。Galectin-7在维吾尔族子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达低于子宫颈炎组织(P0.05),其在维吾尔族HPV 16阳性子宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达低于HPV 16阴性组织(P0.05)。Galectin-7表达与子宫颈鳞状细胞癌分化程度、患病年龄无相关性(P0.05)。结论维吾尔族子宫颈鳞状细胞癌与子宫颈炎组织相比,Galectin-7表达量下降;另外其在维吾尔族HPV 16阳性子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达低于HPV 16阴性者,这可能与子宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展、浸润、转移密切相关,检测其表达对维吾尔族妇女子宫颈癌诊断有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of galectin-7 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and cervicitis in Uygur and Han women, and to analyze the correlation between galectin-7 and HPV 16 infection, cervical cancer differentiation and age. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Galectin-7 in 21 cases of cervicitis in Uygur nationality, 49 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix, 25 cases of cervicitis and 29 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in Han nationality, and the infection of HPV 16 was detected by PCR technique. The accumulative optical density (Galectin-7) and integrated optical density (IOD) of Galectin-7 in cervical lesions were detected by image analysis software Image-Pro Plus(IPP)6.0. Results PCR showed that HPV 16 was positive in 20 cases and negative in 29 cases in Uygur cervix squamous cell carcinoma, and HPV 16 was positive in 5 cases and negative in 16 cases in cervicitis. HPV 16 was positive in 2 cases and negative in 27 cases of cervical cancer in Han nationality. The expression of HPV 16 negative. Galectin-7 in Uygur cervical squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in Uygur cervicitis tissue P0.05, and its expression in Uygur HPV 16 positive cervical squamous cell carcinoma was lower than that in HPV 16 negative tissue. Conclusion the expression of Galectin-7 in Uygur cervical squamous cell carcinoma is lower than that in cervicitis, and the expression of Galectin-7 in Uygur cervical squamous cell carcinoma is lower than that of HPV 16 negative. This may be closely related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The detection of its expression may be useful for the diagnosis of cervical cancer in Uygur women.
