其母妊娠期高血压疾病新生儿食欲素与IL-12、IL-10的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)对新生儿脐血食欲素、白细胞介素(IL)-12、IL-10水平的影响及食欲素与IL-12、IL-10的关系。方法 HDP母亲所生新生儿65例,按HDP诊断标准分为3组:HDP 1组24例、HDP 2组23例、HDP 3组18例,选择同期、健康孕母所生的健康新生儿41例为健康对照组。采用放射免疫分析法测定脐血食欲素水平,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定脐血IL-12、IL-10的水平,并分析食欲素与IL-12、IL-10的相关性。结果 (1)HDP各组新生儿食欲素水平均高于健康对照组,随母亲妊娠期高血压疾病程度的加重逐渐升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(2)HDP各组新生儿IL-12水平均高于健康对照组,随母亲妊娠期高血压疾病程度的加重逐渐升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);(3)HDP各组新生儿IL-10水平均低于健康对照组,随母亲妊娠期高血压疾病程度的加重呈逐渐降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。(4)HDP组新生儿脐血食欲素水平与IL-12水平呈正相关,与IL-10水平呈负相关(r=0.316、P0.05;r=-0.289,P0.05)。结论 HDP影响了胎儿内分泌代谢,且引起胎儿体内炎症因子调节紊乱,其影响程度与HDP的临床进程有一定的关系;食欲素与IL-12、IL-10具有相关性,提示食欲素与IL-12、IL-10可能共同参与HDP对胎儿影响的调节。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of HDP on the levels of Interleukin-12 (IL-10) and Interleukin-12 (IL-10) in umbilical cord blood of neonates and the relationship between appetite and IL-12 IL-10. Methods Sixty-five newborns born to HDP mothers were divided into 3 groups according to the diagnostic criteria of HDP. There were 24 cases in group 1 and 23 cases in group 2. There were 18 cases in group 3. 41 healthy newborns born from healthy pregnant women were selected as healthy control group. The levels of Interleukin-10 (IL-12) in umbilical cord blood were measured by radioimmunoassay, and the levels of IL-12 IL-10 in cord blood were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), and the correlation between orexin and IL-12 IL-10 was analyzed. Results the levels of appetite in newborns in each group were higher than those in healthy control group, and gradually increased with the aggravation of the degree of hypertension complicating pregnancy. The IL-12 levels of newborns in each group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group. With the aggravation of the degree of hypertension complicating pregnancy, the levels of IL-10 in the newborns of each group were lower than those in the healthy control group, and decreased gradually with the aggravation of the degree of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy. There was a significant difference between the two groups. There was a positive correlation between the level of appetite in umbilical cord blood and the level of IL-12, and a negative correlation with the level of IL-10. Conclusion HDP affects the endocrine metabolism of the fetus and causes the disturbance of the regulation of inflammatory cytokines in the fetus, which is related to the clinical process of HDP, and the relationship between orexin and IL-12 / IL-10. These results suggest that appetite and IL-12 IL-10 may be involved in the regulation of fetal HDP.
