电化学发光检测性激素六项应用于妇科疾病诊断的价值研究

【摘要】:目的:探究妇科疾病诊断中应用电化学发光检测性激素六项的应用价值。方法:选取于本院住院妇科疾病患者158例,为观察组;另选取同期本院门诊健康体检妇女140例,为对照组。两组均实施电化学发光检测,比较六项激素水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,更年期综合征患者的黄体生成素(LH)与促卵泡激素(FSH)明显升高,而雌二醇(E2)则显著降低,存在统计学差异(P0.05);功能性子宫出血患者的E2明显升高,差异显著(P0.05);闭经泌乳症患者泌乳素(PRL)升高明显,睾酮(TEST)同样升高(P0.05);子宫肌瘤患者的LH、FSH、孕酮(PROG)明显升高(P0.05);多囊卵巢综合征患者的LH与TEST明显升高,差异显著(P0.05)。结论 :妇科疾病诊断应用电化学发光检测性激素六项指标具备较高的临床诊断价值,可为预后与治疗提供准确依据。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application value of electrochemiluminescence (ECL) in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases. Methods: 158 patients with gynecological diseases in our hospital were selected as observation group and 140 healthy women as control group. Electrochemiluminescence assay was performed in both groups to compare the levels of six hormones. Results: compared with the normal control group, the luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) in climacteric syndrome patients were significantly increased, while estradiol E _ 2 (E _ 2) was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and E2 was significantly increased in patients with functional uterine hemorrhage. The difference was significant (P 0.05); prolactin (PRL) in patients with amenorrhea and lactation were significantly increased, while testosterone tester was also increased (P 0.05); in patients with uterine leiomyoma, the levels of TEST and LH were significantly increased (P 0.05), and the difference was significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of electrochemiluminescence in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases has high clinical diagnostic value and can provide accurate basis for prognosis and treatment.
