【摘要】：正高龄妇女是指年龄超过35周岁的妇女,确切的说是指预产期时年龄超过35周岁。国际上公认35岁之后妇女的生育能力逐渐下降及母儿不良结局明显增加。2016年国内"二孩政策"全面开放,迎来高龄妇女的生育高峰。高龄妇女妊娠风险增高,因此孕前必需进行心理、病史和体格以及生育功能等全面评估,以降低母儿不良结局的发生率。1高龄妇女孕前心理状态的评估高龄妇女的心理问题普遍存在,多数并没有接受相应的治疗~([1])。孕期及产后心理问题得到社会各届
[Abstract]:A woman who is older than 35 years of age, or more than 35 years of age when she is due to give birth. It is internationally accepted that the fertility of women after 35 years of age has gradually decreased and the bad outcome of mothers and children has increased obviously.
