硅胶仿子宫体模的建立及LNG弥散规律的实验研究

【摘要】:目的建立一种硅胶仿子宫体模,用于评价左炔诺孕酮(LNG)弥散规律。方法以硅胶为主体成分制成仿子宫体模,把左炔诺孕酮置入其体腔中。将体模置于37℃恒温箱中30、60 d后,以10 mm为间距分别于两侧壁切片。取15 g的切片置于无水乙醇溶液中,24 h后测量该溶液中LNG的吸光度。结果硅胶仿子宫体模完全透明,质地均匀。放置仿子宫透明体模30、60 d后切片,各组所含LNG浓度的两两比较均有统计学意义(P0.01)。LNG在硅胶仿子宫体模的浓度随体腔内壁距离的增加呈递减趋势,其衰减符合线性规律。结论硅胶仿子宫体模的建立和LNG在体模壁中的浓度梯度现象,为LNG宫内放置治疗某些妇科疾病提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a silica gel imitating uterine body model to evaluate the dispersion of levonorgestrel (LNG). Method the silicone model was used as the main body to make a model of the uterus, and left progestonone was placed in the body cavity. After the body was placed in the 37 centigrade thermostat 30,60 D, 10 mm was separated into the two sides of the wall, and 15 g slices were taken into the anhydrous ethanol solution. The absorbance of LNG in the solution was measured in the solution after 24 h. The results showed that the silicone model was completely transparent and homogeneous. After placing the hyaline model of the uterine hyaline model 30,60 D, the 22 comparison of the concentration of LNG in each group was statistically significant (P0.01) the decrease of the concentration of.LNG in the silica gel imitated uterus was decreasing with the increase of the internal wall distance of the body cavity. Conforming to the linear law. Conclusion the establishment of the silicone imitated model of the silica gel and the concentration gradient of LNG in the wall of the body provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of some gynecologic diseases by LNG intrauterine placement.
