巨大宫颈腺囊肿并破裂1例

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,50岁,因发现阴道脱出物3年,阴道脱出物破裂半小时于2014年12月30日入院。3年前发现阴道有一脱出物,劳累时明显,休息时消失,曾至当地门诊就诊,诊断为子宫脱垂(具体情况不详),未治疗。10~+天前出现尿频、尿淋漓不尽症状,无尿痛;伴便秘,不伴腰痛、腰酸、下坠等症状。于入院当日15时左右排便时阴道脱出一约8 cm×6 cm×5 cm的包块,因不能自行还纳,患者坐硬凳拟将其挤入阴道,因压力过大,包块破裂,自诉挤出清亮、鼻涕样黏液数百毫升,伴出血,量中,无疼痛
[Abstract]:The patient was 50 years old, who was admitted to hospital on December 30, 2014 because of the discovery of vaginal prolapse for 3 years and the rupture of vaginal prolapse for half an hour. It was found three years ago that there was an exfoliation in the vagina, which was obvious when tired, disappeared during rest, and had been admitted to the local outpatient clinic. Diagnosis of uterine prolapse (specific situation unknown, untreated .10 ~ days before the occurrence of frequent urination, urine dripping endless symptoms, anuria; constipation, without low back pain, acid, fall and other symptoms. At about 15:00 on the day of admission, the vagina protruded a mass of about 8 cm 脳 6 cm 脳 5 cm. Because it could not be returned by itself, the patient sat on a hard stool to squeeze it into the vagina.
