成都地区58650例女性宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染状况调查

【摘要】：目的了解成都地区女性宫颈脱落细胞人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况和基因分布特征,为本地区女性HPV感染提供流行病学依据。方法采集成都地区58 650例女性宫颈脱落细胞,采用HPV基因分型方法检测23种HPV基因型的分布、年龄特征、感染模式。结果 58 650例女性中,感染HPV 12 399例,HPV阳性率为21.14%。其中高危型、低危型、高危和低危混合感染型患者分别占71.81%、12.16%、16.03%。18种高危型HPV的感染率由高到低依次为52、16、58、53、51、68、56、18、59、33、66、39、31、35、45、83、73、82,5种低危型HPV的感染率由高到低依次为81、43、42、6、11。总感染率、高危型感染率、高低混合型感染率、多重感染率的感染高峰年龄段均为20岁和≥60岁,30~50岁年龄段感染率最低;低危型感染率和一重感染率的高峰年龄段均为≤20岁。HPV感染模式中单一感染占72.30%,多重感染占27.70%(以二重感染为主)。20岁和≥60岁年龄段患者以多重感染为主。结论成都地区女性HPV基因分型感染率随年龄呈U形分布;应加强对20岁和≥60岁女性HPV感染的监测。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status and gene distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in female cervical exfoliated cells in Chengdu, and to provide epidemiological basis for female HPV infection in Chengdu. Methods 58 650 female cervical exfoliated cells were collected from Chengdu area. The distribution, age characteristics and infection pattern of 23 HPV genotypes were detected by HPV genotyping.
